Clifford Smith & Buchanan were established as Solicitors in 1928 and have been providing quality professional legal advice in the local area ever since. Encouraged by the Law Society to specialise in order to maintain quality standards the practice concentrates on non-contentious areas, particularly property transactions. The practice opened the first Solicitors Estate Agency in the area in 1988 and following the success of the Burnley office opened further offices in Nelson and Colne in 1990 and 1992 respectively. Conveyancing and Estate Agency Services offered "under one roof" and the practice is now also a provider of Home Information Packs. |
