Whether we approve of Home Information Pack or not, it appears that the same are clearly with us to stay. First considered by the Government in 1997, the formal Rules and Regulations are in place (although there may be future variations).

Clifford Smith & Buchanan deal with Home Information Packs "in house". As both Estate Agents and Solicitors we are uniquely able to minimise the period before the property can be legally marketed under the Regulations and to ensure that the cost to our clients is kept to a minimum. Our own fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors will produce the required Energy Performance Certificate. This together with the other items required for the Home Information Pack will be electronically assembled on our own premises.
