Under the provisions of recent legislation, if you intend to buy or sell a residential property, you are required to make available an Energy Performance Certificate. The ‘EPC’is part of a series of measures introduced across Europe which will aim to cut buildings’ carbon emissions.

As Accredited Energy Assessors, Clifford Smith & Buchanan are able to produce an Energy Performance Certificate ‘in-house’, therefore minimising the period for inclusion of this required element for marketing. Our own Domestic Energy Assessors will arrange to attend the property and assess several aspects, before producing a certificate with the individual SAP rating.
